I agree. Until the spaghetti/mac thing. That's just silly. I see a lot of guys that ride bikes like mine wearing them, and I am not convinced. I think they are the kind of guys that buy the bike, and then the BMW apparel store vomits on them. And then the sales man says, you need a neck brace, and out comes the cc.

Still wouldn't hurt to get the insurance claims adjuster to dig into every little detail of this guy's life, and make it as hard as possible for him before they pay out. With the amount of fraud in the industry currently, they will look for just about any reason to repudiate a claim. Just give them a reason to dig deeper.
