  1. I wonder how many of the spade work guys there are sure of them?
  2. Interesting point. How does this fit into things: https://community.bikehub.co.za/topic/134578-spruit-spade-work/
  3. Probably on par with this year's Giro, which is the hilliest in a while. The Vuelta stages are shorter, and the Pro Tour teams are invariably tired and lots of top hitters are building to Worlds at that time, so the smaller teams can cope with the strain of three weeks better.
  4. Hopefully not. I don't think they're ready yet. They should take a swing at the Vuelta.
  5. Correction, they had a good relationship with the organiser. But you do know Acquarone was given the boot by RCS?
  6. It is so easy to guess user names and passwords if you give people half the puzzle already. And most people use the same/similar username/password combinations across multiple accounts. I support this 'real name as hub name' initiative (count me out though, this isn't my first day on the internet...). Pastebin, get ready for a data dump. As far as the "real name would prevent internet hissy-fits" argument, if A guy is going to be a king sized douchebag, he's going to be one if he uses his own name or a fake one. I mean look at BigH? Seems like most everyone here knows his real name, seems like he had a number of usernames here too, and he was still the king of the trolls.
  7. Look, I've always loved Storck, but 1/4 of a million rand for a push bike is taking the piss.

  9. But TDU is hardly a race suited to Evans, is it?
  10. was 779.95 marked down from 1199.95.
  11. http://img.tapatalk.com/d/14/01/15/rapa6ube.jpg Got it on sale just now.
  12. That's it. I'm getting doped up and going to find that new gay bar in Nigel.
  13. I feel the same way about drugs.
  14. Of course, the first thing I chuck is the silly little lock ring and the silly plastic cap. Yes, even on a brand new tube, I take em off and chuck em in the bin when I take the tube out the box to go in my tubby bag. But my valve adapter stays permanently screwed onto the rear wheel valve.
  15. And wash your bike with the Vicks. I get it now
  16. Do you drink it? Like Vicks MediNite?
  17. I'd go so far as to say you could use a regular sandwich bag or two and fold the top over. It's not like you're going scuba diving with the thing...
  18. R50? For a ziploc baggie?
  19. Yeah, but they can't figure out how to do this when driving their cars on multi-lane roads, so don't hold your breath.
  20. I'm well aware. I just meant my post to say that you can't win by just covering the back plate only. Now, me, I usually (as in at the moment I have no plate on the bike, it got separated when I loaded it to take in to my shop to replace the clutch the other day, and I haven't had a new one made yet) only have a plate on the back, and the license disk is down by the foot-peg, so no worries there...
  21. #fail You are aware that the gantry takes a pic of the front and back of your car?

Yeah, the coloured with the Jewish name I knew about

From an outsider's point of view, I'd suggest it does not translate into faces other than white ones getting a look in at the National team. I don't recognise a lot of names in the list you posted (and I may be completely off track - I didn't even know Charl Langevelt was non-white) but it seems it is ten years ago exactly since a non-white player stepped up from U19 to the Nat squad. I'd say so called transformation is going backwards. Maybe that's why the new push to get different colours into the domestic leagues?
