Was confirmed this morning that it is only a 2month ban, Shane Phiffer's injuries will probably take longer than the ban to heal and for him to get back to fitness. The Phiffer's are going to appeal to extend the ban, but the little chop has resigned from his club thus escaped disaplinary.

Seems CSA have failed Cycling and the riders yet again. Word is that this little hol-tant has only been given a 2month ban, going into the winter season its going to count for squat. Suppose when he kills some1 he might get a year. Well done CSA , u prooved how useless u realy are

Thought I saw u on saturday going down past the Krugersdorp game reserve hills crasher. Checked Mel on saturday (was my second ride since the long 1 we did), alas work is quite busy. But was nice being back on again, all my upgrades for my Ghost arrived and are on, heh heh, looks quite prety and the front end is about 2kg's lighter lol. Going out on sunday to test it out, will let you all know what time and where, but u'll have to take it easy on me, im unfit .

Ever think that with Argus coming up they are so swamped with work they are working till all hours of the night? Every1 has a bad day some time or another. If you had phoned Chris (senior or junior) they would have sorted it out, wouldn't be suprised if they would even have driven to Stellies to sort it out. If it was a recuring thing then by all means post something like this, dont do it before you have done anything to try correct it.

Decided I had better get back on the bike and start training, not nice watching the Giro. . . . . sorry i mean the tour of SA (lol) from the sidelines. So im keen for some good base rides
