Endomondo does the same... Even gives breakdown of time for each km... nice turtle and springbok symbols next to slowest and fastest km You can also compete against yourself by setting previous workouts as your goal etc

I've heard good things about USN's epic pro...!!! Cytopower is what i'm currently using... but bib cycling shorts, and nature stops - dont really go well together!!!

Looking for a good DURING training/racing endurance drink/supplement... What can you recommend? Problem I have with most, is that I keep needing to make nature stops (number 1's by the way).. as they just work straight through my system.
