  8. Was out riding over the weekend and I pushed a side button on my edge 500, and those fantastically useful clips did not hold, Edge tumbled to the ground and the screen is now cracked. Anyone know if they can replace it?
  9. You got me! I was there, but only had time for a quick 1.30h ride, so I raced up to Emmies and back quickly. Will join for the next one for sure!
  10. I used to get this, extremities (fingers/toes) really suffer and swell in the cold. Doc suggested I take folic acid which helps it.

  17. I love the idea of sleeping and resting more, but with normal daily life that needs to go on, sometimes it just doesn't work out. I normally stretch after a ride, but does stretching again later in the day really help?
  18. So I'm ramping up my interval training, and I'm feeling it later in the evening, and the next morning. So what works to speed up recovery? ice baths, compression garments, glutamine...
