it did ,wouldn't of normally hurt myself so early on. But had I not I wouldn't of been able to ride with the select small bunch of about 10 guys. I did suffer though to hang for 1st 35km's or so.

I was riding a 143 on both road & mnt bikes. Experienced a little discomfort but nothing unmanageable . Went to the spez store in melrose arch to buy another saddle as that's the only saddles I get on with and the only spez product I buy. The guy measured my sit bones and told me I should be on a 155. I didn't believe him at first , questioned and interrogated him,well kinda ???? Took his advice and have never looked back. Changed all my saddle's now to 155 and can ride with no discomfort for hours on end day after day. Oh and I'm 6ft and weigh 75kg....so am small. Size has nothing to do with sitbones and saddle size. Just my experience .

I haven't read the whole threa just browsed . Most talk about crc being very reliable . How are Evans cycles ? And what % of the total price would I pay on a wheelset ? Would use a courier . Have never ordered from the uk,but there are some great deals on Evans.

its done no wrong by me. But also think the wheels had something to do with . When they seal,it's pretty damn hard to brake that seal. But still is burped,made aloud whoosh like I had lost all the air but instantly re-sealed itself . And only lost a minimal amount of air. Edit: no wrong ????

Agree,but it is steeper than its looks,same as videos always look slower. But more than 80% of ppl would not even attempt it to ride that. Not bad for a first few attempts . we should of recorded some of the steeper stuff that managed to burp my wheel and re-seal,it's self immediately .And this jobby looking slime burped out my tyre ???????????????? Or I could of done a proper otb riding on the rim (scuse the pun)

A very wet & muddy thaba this morning....was great riding weather though. Grip was a tad sketchy though.

Awesome chilled outride with trailer park & vican za Fixing punctures .... Passing the hotel in the distance and heading for some single track ???????????????? And having an ice cold Coke 10km from home, was very welcome.
