  1. Something lighthearted, some innovative ways Discovery can integrate into Vitality http://www.muscleandfitness.com/features/edge/pornhub-launches-bangfit-sex-app
  2. IMHO a bialetti brikka (stove top espresso maker) makes a far more superior shot of espresso, than any Nespresso machine I've ever used. If it's ease of use and convenience you're after, a Nespresso will suffice, however the cost per cup of coffee is exorbitant.
  3. Where can I get this done? How much should I expect to pay?
  4. Thanks for the inspiration fellow hubbers, my ride looks really schweet.
  5. Tx for the inspiration I'm in the polishing phase, how long did it take to do the polishing? Which compound did you use to get the shiny finish? I bought the same attachment as you did, however it's gone black and depositing a fine dust on the frame and it requires hard rubbing to remove it, did this happen to you?
  6. What kind of training is required to do something as insane as this?
  7. Hi Guys I think the time to upgrade to a 29er hardtail Mtb has come.. So on Fri afternoon I decided to take a trip to my lbs, I asked them bang for buck whats the best value bike they have, and this is what they showed me: http://www.titanraci...m/29rpro.html R15k http://www.titanraci...on29rpro.html R20k They both identical except the one has a carbon frame, very nice looking bikes, The frames come with a 5yr warranty. Drive train is full XT with Slx brakes. ZTR Crest wheels Here my q's: 1. According to the salesman these frames are made by Merida, is this true? 2. The salesman said he preferred the titan bikes to Momsen, I've always thought of Momsen as the better of the 2, am I wrong? 3. Are these racing style frames? 4. For similar money what else can I get? (New) Thanks

  11. Hi guys I'm a newbie to road cycling I just bought a 2nd hand road bike yesterday from a 2nd hand bike dealer He told me the bike is a 52/54 and confirmed it's the right size for me, took it for a test drive and it felt a bit small, but bought it anyway. I came home and it measures 50cm, I'm 1.75m and was measured to be a 54/55 My question is will a longer seat post and stem sort out my problem?
