I assume that you cannot get it out? I know that you get bits to drill in to screw heads to remove them but not sure about hex ends. Have you googled the problem yet?

Does anyone have an update on the Aca Joe jackets that were being posted?

Using a Fizik Zeak and have never felt anything as comfortable. Not the lightest saddle around but it really is great. I have been using it for 3 years, and have done 1000's of km's on it without a single sore.

Does anyone know whats happening with seeding?

I had the same problem with a set of crossmarks. I ended up taking the wheels and tyres to the petrol station, then used the window washing squeegee to soap up the rims. I then used the petrol stations air pump to pump them up fast and that worked perfectly for one wheel. The other seated correctly at 90% of the right spots. I can't seem to get the last bit to sit properly, I even tried banging it on the ground, but still no luck!

We ride in the Ruimsig area, but there are routes from Radiokop to Ruimsig to the Cradle, etc. There is a group that leaves the Featherbrooke centre on Sunday mornings. I think they leave at 7

What sort of traing is everyone putting in? Hours per week?

I went to the cycle lab 4ways and found it to have very little in terms of choice. I also found that their prices were extremely high and not very competitive considering the prices that certain online stores are giving.

The waterpoints have everything! They normally have fruit, flapjacks, donuts, chocolates, water, juice, and energy sweets. Others have more and some have less but you can rely on this to get your food intake in. Take a bar or two and maybe a gu or whatever you use for instant energy just incase you feel buggered.

I took a Camelback Mule last year and used it on day 1 and day 2 only. It is possible to make day 1 without it but I will rather have too much liquid than too little on the day before such a big ride. On day 3 you won't need too much hydration as it is nice and fast, but just remember to fill up at all the stops.

I plan on riding with one, but just for day 2 mainly
