    Not replenishing adequately after a ride I think.

    Nothing replaces miles and intensity in the legs bru. L-Glutimine can also work on the ride on your bottle and you can preload with cramp block 4 days before as well. Drinking energy fluids all the time will assist as well but my first statement still holds. Good luck!

    I dont even think they sold out on entries this year. Before they were over subscribed but this year its different...maybe it's the state of the economy or cost escalation weighing up...who knows.

    From my understanding is that it does not. Seedings are out already. If however you belong to PPA and entered the Tour da PPA ( before 13 Feb) then you would have been bumped up 2 places in CTCT race. Hope that explains it for you[emoji6]
