  2. They are a bunch of cowboys! As said above, nothing is "free" in this world. Costs and bonuses are worked into your premium. It's just a simple marketing scheme.

  13. I was in the same boat as you. Bought mtb's for me and my GF early Jan 2014. We started riding together. We had a lot of arguments in the beginning as I made the mental shift to push myself harder to get fit, and she just could not do the same. She, for example, would stop 3/4 way up an uphill and this irritated me! I eventually got fit much quicker and decided now to ride more serious. We eventually got to an agreement that I will ride with her max 2 times per week. The rest of the week I train with other cycling groups and friends. So in a nutshell, decide together where you would like to go with this sport. And from there make a decision about riding together..

They have a minimum criteria you need to comply with. (status, household contents min. R500 000, vehicle value: +R250 000) They do offer excellent service!!

  23. Hi Hubbers I know this has probably been discussed a million times, but will appreciate any new (2014) feedback. What supplement/brands can be used for pre and post training. I've seen there's a big variety on the shelves these days, but what works for you? I ride an average of 4 rides a week. (2 x +3hours and 2 x 2hours) Any feedback would be great, thanks. Cheers
