  1. The Anthem X Advanced 29er looks well priced!!
  2. Agree! But the problem now, this has been addressed numerous times with the Stellenbosch law enforcement and other parties. It's time to take it up a notch! The real question is...who would like to be on tele Sunday evening at 7pm?
  3. Guys, why don't we approach Carte Blanche with this problem? They should give more than enough coverage and get the whole community involved.
  4. I personally think restaurants/shops like Java, Mugg&Bean, Vida E etc. (also) need to get involved. We are regular customers of these places and at the end of the day, they will lose business.

  8. They are a bunch of cowboys! As said above, nothing is "free" in this world. Costs and bonuses are worked into your premium. It's just a simple marketing scheme.
  9. I run ONZA Canis in front and ONZA Lynx at the back. 29 x 2.25. Awesome tyres!!
  10. Replace boet! I got a similar cut like that on the Darling race.
  11. This is my current Anthem and it is superb!!
  12. R5000 excess is allot!
  13. This might be a stupid question but I'm not clued-up about these. Running on the rear cassette (11-36T). What is the difference between (26-39T) vs. the (28-42T)? Can and when should you do this conversion? Bike: Giant Antherm X 29er Feedback would be appreciated!
  14. What is your excess on your vehicle and household contents in this case?
  15. I'm running Canis in the front, and Lynx on the rear wheel.
  16. I'm running Onza on my Mavic SLR's. Awesome tyres! No issues!
  17. If your actual body weight is +-40kg, you should be fine with this bike!
  18. Sal more gou vir jou loer! Ek ry 'n 2013 small Anthem X 29er.
  19. I was in the same boat as you. Bought mtb's for me and my GF early Jan 2014. We started riding together. We had a lot of arguments in the beginning as I made the mental shift to push myself harder to get fit, and she just could not do the same. She, for example, would stop 3/4 way up an uphill and this irritated me! I eventually got fit much quicker and decided now to ride more serious. We eventually got to an agreement that I will ride with her max 2 times per week. The rest of the week I train with other cycling groups and friends. So in a nutshell, decide together where you would like to go with this sport. And from there make a decision about riding together..
  20. There is a 700m climb at kanonkop over 10km with a constant gradient of 9-11%..

  22. That's in line as Cellar says. Had a look now, would pay +-R479 at Cyclesure.
