    Think I lost my group coming down Smitswinkel last year, did not concentrate..and also the first time riding the CTCT route, so this was all new. Ran a 36T oval (1x11), might do 38T (round) this year - still deciding. Managed a 3:07 on the mtb so sub 3 def. possible.

    Mine on 10.5Kg, with 35mm dropper post, 2.3 tyres and RS1.

    Finished mine yesterday afternoon (AM and PM ride). This was a difficult challenge as I'm doing 2 x HIIT classes a week at Cadence Tyger Valley which are not aloud to be logged = the legs are shot!
