  1. the white bike looks much better... why pick on the cycle lab fun riders? are you saying they have such crap taste? did you not read the post about the apology? dont say you werent warned
  2. Not well at all. Probably made it that ugly so no one would wanna steal it................ Looks like something that would fit in well in India.
  3. This how I have it? From top to bottom Super Record - no equivalent Sram/Shimano Record = Red = Dura Ace Chorus - no equivalent Sram/Shimano Ultegra SL = Rival (Sram) Ultegra 105 = Centaur (Campy) Tiagra Sora 2200 So Shimano has bigger variety with 6 options, Sram has 2 options and Campy 4. Dont know about the other sets mentioned here
  4. You havent been home since Tour of Durban?
  5. wellll if you look at the votes, the option with smooth legs & lots of scars is going for a 2/3 majority ... and that's WITH oupaH's vote for hairy legs ... seems like the people has spoken - you gonna have to get smooth, slave. Slave , with smooth legs , Mona will go even more gagga than now, and whats more, those Specialized boots will look sooo much better with a smooth cut.
  6. seems, I am in the pounds seat, shaven legs and...., scars, dimples. phew
  7. Good one Ox, might just consider the name from The Nuwbs, to the Clean Beans. Just worried no-one would wanna ride close to them with a name such as Beans
  8. I prefer my guys with hairy legs, but my cyclists with shaven ones.
  9. I meant these
  10. this kit would go perfectly with my bike just about the same colours
  11. Anyone knows?
  12. does one get crank arm longer than 172mm, and when/who should be using them>?
  13. not me bud, but I know Andrew Mclean , Cyclelab Jhb lost a pair of Oakleys. Not sure if it was on the prologue.......
  14. What did it cost you Wind?
  15. As far as I know, you can ride out of group, without any consequence, as long as you ride down, and not up. Eg you can as a lic vet ride in A/B, but as C rider cannot ride B.
  16. Dave I have never had a discrepancy on the times before. Suggest you contact them, and take it up.
  17. [ There seems to be some sort of image thing around cycling with the belief that you have to spend big bucks to go fast. What rubbish! Just train more. But I guess everyone has different ideas so if you can afford a expensive bike, go for it. Just hope your results look as "cool" as your bike. my sentiment exactly
  18. Capri I dont know at what level you ride/tace, but I cannot see that equipment will make a significant difference unless you are racing for a living and ride the latest bike equipped with the lightest and best eq. In a sprint that may make a fraction of a second diff and maybe affect a placing. Otherwise its highly overrated IMHO. I ride a 1500 Trek, train with Bontrager Aero Select wheels, race with Bontrager Race Lite wheels, and have kicked some serious carbon and other 30K plus butt in recent times. I cannot see how a more expensive bike/wheels/shoes/equipment will assist me. If I wanna drop grams, I empty my pockets and my waterbottles - much cheaper that way
