So... What should be greased? Wheel cups, headset?

I have a set of Vigors that i want to sell. How much do you guys think icould get for it? Black 2cnd eddit, campy body.

Or you could get a standard size basebar to fit in the old stem.

You can get a A-headset addaptor that fits in the base of the fork, like the old stemms to extend it and fit a new style stem, can also slide a spacer on to make it oversize. Saw a BBB one for R130 at a lbs a wile back.

My dad made me do the same thing when i was a kid. It seemed to work now that i think of it, never had to replace a chainring. But then again, those where monster 7speed chains, and i dont thnk i realy had the legs to 'strech' a chain then.

Take the one with the best warranty. Just check the fineprint, you dont want the one that only replaces after personal and close relative, death or serios injury.BeegMig2009-10-06 04:27:59

I had a ICON fork on a TREK bike in 1999, it did the same thing. The the rep took it to Joburg to get checked out. He said it was just the paint that cracked on the steel and carbon joint. So i rode it, till i sold it like that, without any problems. The guy that bouhgt it, still rides it 10years later, so if thats the case, it should be fine.

As long as you do it right i don't think one can "over clean".

I like cleaning my bike all the time. I wash it on Fridays. Whipe it with a damp cloth every day. Clean and lube the chain after evrey ride.

Slip a silicone slab down your seattube to get it up to legal weight(just), then you can race with those fancy wheels Nice bike!

I also used MSc. Wasn't impressed. And they don't take negative feedback good. One of their reps once asked me what i think of the product, when i told him(with respect ). He got aggro.

I want to clean the brakesurface on my roadwheels. Usually i clean it with Silvo, metal polish or car polish. But it takes forever and after one ride the shine is gone. Has anyone got some tips for me on how to clean them, whith what and how to keep it clean?

I had a small SciCon saddle bag. It was big enough for 2 tubes, 2 Co2 Bombs and tyrelevers, it was choc-a-blok, so it didn't rattle. I liked that bag, wish i could find one of those again.

Speaking of Krismis Boks. Where's the Vitus that came with the box in the back? I'd like to see some pics of that. Cool frame, post some built pics to bragg with.

Cool bike. Nice shoes too. Carbon gages on MTB just doesn't do it for me, but thats just me.
