Yep, saw that B bunch crash. Happened right in front of me. Quick reactions by the dude to get out the way of the ambulance and cars, he seemed OK though, probably a nasty road rash. Slower reactions and the consequences could have been a lot worse. Kudos to the ambulance driver for taking to the gravel too... What is the deal with no road closure? Is it so hard to organize? Is it financial reasons that the organizers don't do it?

Is it just me, or does the quality of race medals seem to be deteriorating? I looked back at some of my older ones last night, which made last Sundays Dome2Dome medal look really sh*te. I really would pay R50.00 extra race fee for a medal that is pleasing to look at...

Agree with the delay in timing results... WTF? Rode my one and only Argus in 2005 (which has 20 000 or so more riders, and the results were up around 2pm the same afternoon...) What happened to technology??? Come on Racetec, get it together...!
