No problem buddy! Thats my opinion and u have r opinion and each is entitled to there own. The difference between us and the pros is they get paid to race and us not. but as you say Life goes on.........

Too Hot i think it is two of the Swiss Epic riders that came first or second last year) They ride under the Outriders name. Last Yr there was talks of some outriders riding with them or at least try and make up a team. But obv. we are not in that class.... ha ha i think they made up a nice team of epic riders. These guys now Shaun from the outriders.

The only thing i' ve noticed was that i peak much faster with spinning than roan bike. ( depends on the intensity you put in).

Ek dink dit was tussen 4 en 4.30 erens.... nie 100% seker

Dit is snaaks hoe dinge partykeer uitdraai. Gister wou ek gaan ry het maar het taamlik rond gedraai om klaar te maak. Toe ek eintlik op die fiets is , so 500 m kom ek agter my agter wiel is te pap en sien toe dit het 'n glas in die buite band wat n slow puncture veroorsaak. Pomp die wiel ry af met botelary pad en by Brackenfell se verkeerslig besluit ek ek om die oefensessie te stop want ek is taamlik uitgeput en dit is baie warm. Daar en dan besluit ek om Donderdag my af dag te maak en ruil dit met Vrydag. Het ek dit nie gedoen nie was ek dalk self in die ongeluk betrokke of ek sou dit gesien het. (het vroeg af gegaan van werk) Botelary sien my nie weer met middag verkeer nie.Ek het al te veel gesien....
