Sorry for the delay Wheelsuck, I'm going on Monday and tuesday ( and evryday after that) for a 40 in the hills PM me if you want to jion.

Part of our ride is on that private property ( that is open for anyone). Then there's a single track all the way to sterkfontein hospital and then down to Kromdraai.

I ride for fun ( 2 hours a day) Then two weeks before a race I start resting !! No time to train !
