Is it really worthwhile to upgrade my frame. I am currently riding a Raleigh RC3000, alloy frame, carbon fork, full Tiagra groupset and Shimano Rs10 wheelset. I can get a RC7000 full carbon frame for R4000 new, and transplant all other bits from my RC3000 across to the new frame. My question is... Is it worthwhile, will it make a difference??? Any opinions???

Anybody know where to enter the Emperors Palce classic. Cant seem to find anything on cycle lab or mtn cycling. There is nothing on the Emperors website, and google just seems to find reference to the 2009 race.

Please can someone help with some advice. At what point do you start over training? My training program is to ride 3 hours during the week (4 x 45min sessions) monday through thursday on a combination of indoor and spinning trainging (Sadly my schedule does not allow for during the week rides. Spinning allows for interval training, and indoor is a steady ride at Average of 70% HR> Friday is generally a rest day, and then Weekend rides on Saturday or Sunday monring. Most of the time one of the days would be a 3hr plus ride. If i ride the second it would be a shorter approx 1 hour ride. Total time 6-8 hrs p/week. My concern with the program is, am i doing to much. Any feedback anyone can offer would be apprciated. Thanks

Ha Ha. It was so frustrating. The guys at the shop didnt believe me till i took the computer there and showed them the average speeds etc.

Go for a Cateye Velo 8. They pretty inexpensive(Approx R300) and includes max, average, trip, odo, time etc. All basic, useful functions. The mounting was secure too. I never worried about losing it on a trail. Wired or wireless is your choice. My experience with ently level wireless computers was not great. Had a Tactix 2 wireless which would pick up signals from anything electronic. Sitting in my office my bike was doing 100km/h next to my desk.

The wind was bad on the N1, couldnt hide from it anywhere. What times did you guys manage.

Hi Everyone, I want to place an order with CRC for a Polar HRM. Anyone had any bad experiences with them with regards to the order not arriving or being opened by post office. Had a bad experience once before with a package being opened by post office and items being nicked from it. Its a case of once bitten, twice shy now. Any feedback???
