  1. Hi Folks, Quick question. Which of these bike fit options is the better one???
  2. No, i think you just need a GPS based computer. It all downloads direct into training peaks.
  3. I think you can buy training plans through them. Joe Friel and some other coaches have generic plans loaded in the library which you can buy i think. I use a coach. She uploads directly into my calender on a weekly basis.
  4. I opted for the upgrade in the end. Stats wise i am still navigating the system, for me the big plus was being able to plan out the week, month etc. My coach will load a weeks program, and i can make any adjustments, switch days etc so that the program fits into my day to day life.
  5. Is it worth upgrading training peaks to the premium version??
  6. Has anyone read the bookand applied the method to their running. Was it worthwhile??
  7. No problems. Let me know. I am in the Woes rand.
  8. I am looking for an R bend. Would you consider a swap??
  9. What bend have you got? I have Vision bars and also looking to change, maybe we could do a swop??
  10. Can anyone tell me if it is necessary to do a qualifying swim before entering and swimming the Midmar mile??
  11. What would be the best option for a quick release on a bike carrier that mounts on the fork. Can i simply use a skewer or is there a specific quick release available. Thanks
  12. Fly over there and go fetch it, and then have a holiday at the same time. You will come back with change.
  13. Check out webantics. They are R3000 for the bundled version.
  14. Wow, that is awesome. What a craftsman.
  15. I love Adamo. Got a TT one on the tri bike and love it. Used to get some numbness on my road bike. Changed that to an Adamo road and will never look back.
  16. Had the profile design bottles, and didn't really like them very much. I found that they spilled all over the show. Now i use a xlab torpedo system with the bottle.
  17. That must use a huge amount of data??
  18. Heard on the radio that the Audi was in actually a group of Hijackers posing as SAPS. They hit a speedbump and the abandoned the car. Cops were looking for them in the area. I think they eventually hijacked another car (a Hyundai Tucson).
  19. Hi guys, Please can someone give me an idea of what fork pressure i should use. Its a fox F series 110mm travel, on a small carbon hardtail 26". I weigh 60kg.
  20. Similar the bottle that came out on the P4.
  21. I have mine insured under all risks of my household policy. Checked, the policy wording and it makes no reference to cover being excluded for races.
  22. Agreed, as good as a book may be it is not personal. A coach will be able to personalize your program, monitor your progress and adjust as needed. Every person is different, and will adapt to training load and intensity differently. A book cannot guide you there.
  23. What are you training for?? IMO take the time off, rest and recover properly. You will come back feeling stronger.
  24. These are the factors that i am considering. I would be building it up from my RC3000 carbon which would be 105 and Easton EA50 training wheels and Zipp404 race wheels. What im really trying to determine is if its an upgrade or a sideways movement.
  25. Thanks. To be honest, I'm not overly concerned about the weight. I'm about 60kgs so it bothers me far less than some other guys. I just don't want to waste money on a frame that heavy by comparison.
