Well if i felt threatened and an unwilling participant i would ensure i have ammo, unless they were searched entering and leaving i would ensure i have recording, video tape, vials with finger prints etc. Makes it a lot easier then to believe you were not willing participant.

Ferrari was cleared, but LA did state he would cut ties. Exact date of when he said it is a bit blurred i.e did he continue after he said he would stop..

Doubt that, all reports indicate that it was a massive cover up scheme. Cant see LA being silly enough to provide such an easy direct link back to him.

Cant speak for others and i don't know of anyone who wont, but why not. Now speaking for myself no where on this thread have i said he is innocent. i have no issues with what the USDADA have found including the current riders statements, just issues with their real motives (USADA and riders) which appear to be selfish i.e. looking after themselves rather than remorse. Why did Frank and Betsy involve themselves in covering up Franks doping for so long. Betsy has been called honest and respectable, really ? How seeing as she knew her husband doped but kept quiet only speaking once they had a fallout with LA. Why did the all the riders mentioned in the USDADA report only admit now, where were they when previous team riders accused LA of doping, many of his teammates who were implicated continued to ride for him. I would have much more respect if they had fessed up on their own and supported those without being forced to.

Much like Ulrich and some others, never found positive but banned on other evidence. Millar admitted doping between 2001 and 2003 supposedly to give him the edge as he was falling behind. The question i have with current riders who have admitted to doping and say it was to give them an edge but now claim to be clean, how is it they suddenly have the edge back without doping.

Never had a problem off road with MTB so never been asked if all is OK. Road iv'e had a fair number, besides the usual punctures and iv'e received offers of help and assistance. When i see riders with problems i always ask if they ok and help if they need it.

Phil and Paul are not holding a gun to their heads to employ them so i can only assume that they see some value in retaining them.

If he's tied in by contract he can't exactly walk away without being sued for breach. Surely those he signed the contract with should be in a position to release him. Why wont they let him walk away, surely if the Hub is anything to go by they must know how unpopular he is.

Dunno, but what i do is that when the claims 1st surfaced a number of Hub'ers speculated that LA had done a deal and would rat on his accomplices at the 1st opportunity. Seems they need to wait a bit longer.

Could answer but it will spoil someone else commenting. Unless the Hub is milder, it's like a red flag to a bull.

Correct, what do you think any top rider still currently active including Millar who claims to be clean now will say when asked if they have doped.

Mmm conspiracy theory. Did USADA have something on Hincappie and in return for his admission he admitted to seeing LA as well. Makes USDADA claim of not particularly targetting LA a bit wobbly.
