Rode there in December, can be great for the area. Would look at bridges for all the gates, guys don't mind opening and closing 1 or 2 gates but you guys have plenty, might look at clearing the tracks a bit more and adding more single track won't hurt. Otherwise a really good idea and I'm sure with time it will become great

Entire route is about 20km's with maybe 200 m of climbing, not really technical (1 or 2 drop offs) but mostly rideable, just check the condition of the floating bridge before riding it - good fun for the whole family

"Moreletta spruit is best accessed from the Plumbago restaurant (don't drink the coffee if you're an afficionado) from there you head upstream on one side, down stream on under side and then duck under the road bridges (some you need to go over) all the way to Silverton almost." Not any more...Plumbago has long gone and the entrance says no bikes allowed, reckon the trails are overgrown as well

Anyone know the deal with doing a double? I assume if you get round the course before the last batch goes then you can join in with them. Do you miss / avoid the timing mats on the 2nd round so as not to get k*k? ie Cannot have 2 sets of results, anyone done this and is it worth the effort, I know the Choc cows do it but that is all arranged up front - Cheers
