The selection has been a joke since the early 80's. I remember the year I was due to get SA colours, my parents couldn't afford to send me to the worlds so I never got the colours, the ones who could afford it got the colours To put that start into perspective, the pros are hitting the first jump at 60kph, that's like sprinting st full tilt on a road bike and then hitting a ramp.........RESPECT

I would imagine the organisers give you the gpx file before the event, you load it to your garmin and then follow the route. I may be wrong though
