    Hi Griffin: I checked Trailforks just now. Seems like we can ride this long weekend all areas except the red block? Any news on the Karkloof Trails.....access from Howick/Kwavula by tar road only and join the trails at the Dovehouse turn off? Any club rides this weekend. Would like to join a ride if there is one going.

    Saw 2 cyclists yesterday morning on the N4 (nogal) between Malelane and Kaapmuiden.....no lights and dark clothing. Scary stuff. Still amazed at the riders with zero lights. Incredible. On another note...there was an article with lights from Trek I think, anyone have the model detail for me? Thanks

    Yip, I am out by virtue of requirement #6, really no desire to join the gym. Cool plan though and all those wanting to do it- enjoy!

    Just yanking your chain a bit. We (humans) have no control over nicotine, we think we do but we do not. Think of all the times you have smoked when you did not want to, or think of all the times you tried to quit. Insane really....... Once you admit that nicotine is your boss and stronger than your best effort, then the solution comes. Weird how it works but it does, trust me on this one.

    Nicotine is a bastard (It was easier for me to stop drinking than smoking) and going to electronic cigarettes does not resolve the problem. You are still addicted which is the issue. Used Champix for a month but my head was ready.....I am a free man today and so can you. Good luck

    I second that Purple Grading....I stumbled upon Puff adder Pass end 2015 cycling from Karkloof (did not know any of the trails then) and it bit me! Ridden it once or twice since then and yip....maybe I am just soft but I find that trail hard work! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
