oops my race is tomorrow and i had a BAD night went to bed normal time 10:15 slept ok till 2 am and i can feel it now......

Sorry Taps saw it to late how do I rectify it?? ( I had a very bad night as you can see.....)

Is it just me battling to sleep ok before a race?? What can i drink that will not effect my performance, but to sleep better??

Can't agree more about the price thing , had a chat to my cycling friend last night about it(cycling clothes was the topic)...you've got basically 2 options either buy at that price or stay without it... and we ( i think so because prices don't come down)opt the first option?? At least we can get stuff cheaper from CRC ??

If you refer per serving how much is it 750ml or 1 lit. What is the cost of the Hammer per 1 lit serving? I am a MTBiker and use 1 lit bottles...what is a reasonable price per serving? thanks in advance

Does anybody use Energade as an energy drink? Some feedback will be appreciated? I used it in the begining ,I have changed to other energy drinks PVM and Oxysport and are realy confused?? How will I know which is the right one for me??

Sorry maybe i am not expressing myself well (actually afrikaans). When doing the maths it looks like this.... Apply for bond R 1 000 000.00 get it and paid all the costs. When the recession hits, the bond was reduced(the excess available) to about R 600 000.00. Now i want the R 400 000.00 excess to show in my account again which i all ready paid for in the beginning and this is where the problem lies

To whom did this happened too?? I applied for a bond and used property with no financial intrests as security ,even took insurance out on this property because the bank said so. The bond was regsitered for the full amount we wanted(R700k less than the value of the property which the banks determined etc etc.) With the recesion starting the excess part of my bond was taken away by the bank. I was building a house and used the bond to cover the costs ,fortunately we did not need all the money so everything was ok. I am applying now for the "remainder excess" that was taken away.... and guess what i will have to pay for it again !!!! Althoug the initial costs was for the bond amount which the bank reduced??

I am struggling with a gholfer's elbow and i don't even play gholf. I am on Panamore tablets which help's a lot but as soon as i stop the pain is back. Does any one have a cure for ever??
