Just been browsing the Flyxi website. And have a Q. If they say that the frame is only available in one size, is that true, or can we order any of the frames in the right size? I'm 1,83 and would probably need a 58 road frame. Would I also need to specify the fork I want and the length of the stem?

As mentioned earlier, if you do resistance training (which will improve your riding) you need to focus on lower weights (resistance) with higher repetitions. Varying resistance and number of reps per set will also help.

Let me say that I have no knowledge of what happened and who is involved, BUT... I think it is disgraceful that a national controlling body in any sport lacks the backbone to properly regulate ALL aspects of their sport. It makes one wonder why we all pay license fees etc to put people in an office for which they get paid!! So much for a new CSA CEO! pfft!!

To be honest the goodie bags suck and the medals only cost about R5 each! So dumping these will not make a difference. And if we dump the medals we'll have 1000's of fun riders moaning that they'll have nothing to brag with and hang above their pub at home.

I'm sorry guys - it's WRONG that you make a profit off the bands. Why not donate that to LiveSTRONG also? I've seen idiots at bikeshops like Cyclelab sell the bands for R 50-00 each. It sucks!!! Do the right thing!

So what's this "Squeezy Athletic" stuff we're talking about? Where can I get it? Need to drop a couple of kg's - fast. Is it legal?
