Somewhat off topic but still relevant I think. Why do manufacturers make the front area of the padding in men's cycling shorts so small that the outline of the gentleman's sausage is visible above it. Even some of the more expensive shorts still poses this problem. Way to much pointing going on...

Waiting to see some other bikes. I never rode a tt bike before but always liked the looks of it. It looks heavy though. What would something like this weigh?.

Does anyone know about availability and pricing re the new storm models. I think the bike looks awesome. Saw ads in local magazines but no pricing and no reply via email.

I was also diagnosed with DDD (L4 &L5 discs) a few months back after suffering from chronic backpain.Im in my mid 30's. Mine not as bad as Super J, and only painful occasional mornings when getting up out of bed or standing up. I even cycle for 3-4hours without issues and even jogging with little trouble. I use no medication. I think because i always focused on doing core muscle exercises whenever I go to gym helps alot with gaurding the spine and therefor curbing the pain. Specialist told me i would eventually need surgery (read when Im in my 50s or later), mentioned something about fusing steakie bone and prosthesis for 2nd disc. Procedure not covered by my medical aid. No surprise there! . Not to mention the limitations it would have on quality of life. I'll only consider this as a last option. For now biokineticist and fisio does the trick for me.

Im not generally a betting man, but instinct tells me to wait a few days and hopefully it recovers. A few cents make a huge difference.

Need some help from you finacial wizards. I ordered a few US$ for an overseas trip, from a bank last week. Every day after they called me to collect, the rand has been free falling. NOw should I wait till it recovers slightly, or take it now while the going is good. Trip is in 2 weeks.

Die ou op sy carbon canondale lefty, met sidi skoene en assos kit en ionos helmet en RS800PTE oor handlebar ge-strap, kom verby my sonder om eers te knik/groet/erken dat jy my gesien het (want ek weet toe hy dink ek het 'n k@k bike, ek het ou kit aan bla bla), net soos ons afdraai op die grondpad voor die klim begin bergop! Ek dink toe f jou en ek ry maar verder vir die res van die pad tot bo op die berg. Na 2 ure se klim toe ek uiteindelik bo stop en om 'n sluk uit my bottel te vat kom hy ook bo en ek probeer weer groet! Ja TOE groet hy!!

if u talking bout my ride MyGT, last time i weighed it was in the low 11s. those crossmarks are a bit heavy. I think with the rocket rons i can shave some more weight.
