Anyone here own a Vitus MTB? The Sommet in particular? They look like great value for money and have got good reviews but not sure about their longevity.

Ya I agree completely that the push stroke is were almost all the power comes from, never disagreed with that. All I was trying to say is that having a pull stroke also adds some power even though it is a very small amount.

Still gives u more power then not having a pull stroke at all, which I think mudda was saying

Isn't sports class not age groups? It's seems to have its own start time(08:00) according to the schedule. Sorry I'm a junior and just trying to find out what time I would need to get there as its quite far for me, don't want to arrive and it turns out I've missed it all!

Is it not possible to register on the day if you not in sports class?
