Had an awesome time this year! Day two was fantastic compared to lasts years mud fest! My training was very minimalisetic as time seemed to just disappear but we managed to ride strong and improve all our time! Once again an awesome event every year!! Just on a negative not I witnessed one rider litter twice, once on day two and again on day 3! I called him out on it on both occasions and was told that he will not go and pick up his litter. So to the guy on the red specialized, can't remember your race number exactly was either 2540 or 2450(sorry if I'm incriminating the innocent), you sir are a pig! Even if it was unintentional we were riding in C batch, you were not going to win anything so next time stop and pick up your mess!!

Had the same problem! Those plastic ones have always worked best for me

I'm with tombeej on this one, maybe you will not be effected by killing someone but I personally think most people would and wouldn't actually know how it would effect them until it happened! Just a personal view on it! I see jumping red robots as a very selfish act and that you are putting more then yourself at risk when doing it

I do t personally have xx1, one day when I grow up! But was talking to a friend of mine who has had it for quite awhile and is loving it! He says he never struggled with the top and bottom end but he struggles a bit with the gaps between gears and that it feels like you are never in that perfect gear! Again just what I heard may not be true for everyone else. To the OP you sound like a really strong rider so I'd say go for it!

It's the age of the participant as of the 31st of December of that current year according to the csa website. So my age as of the 31st do December 2014

Hi guys looking for some help, I really wanted to do the marathon but the website would not let me choose a catergory so couldn't enter. So I just ended up entering the half marathon as it let me do that. I fear this has something to do with my age but I am turing 19 this year so not in the junior catergory anymore so as far as I know I should be allowed to race the marathon? I tried to get hold of advendurance for some help but they only have a messaging system for contact that I can find. I sent them a message yesterday morning but still have not got a response, does anyone have a telephone number I could contact them on?

My bike came with Exilir brakes, they are pretty noisy and never found them fantastic but never got to the point that I felt I could justify an upgrade. I've recently built up a new bike with XT brakes and WOW you can't believe the difference!! The only problem I have had with them is that they stop you so quickly it feels like your clothes are just going to keep going! Absolutely awesome brakes and will defiantly be the next up grade on my other bikes! If you can I would defiantly recommend getting a pair!

Completely different scenario, I am sure you have seen Julius Malema(if that's the example you want to use) in interviews etc.(resoinably reliable sources of info) you have an idea of what he is like because of this. On the other hand you have absolutely no idea what Jared is like idea except for a comment found on an OPEN forum (not exactly the most reliable source of info, no offence intend by that comment to any users of the Hub). I would say that when you said he should "grow some balls" would be considered an insult by most people and you defiantly directed it at the person not the service in your original post. As you can see from the posts here people agree there is probably another side to the story, so why don't you just wait and see before making such remarks

Godzilla, I see you are are based in Cape Town so was just wondering if you have actually ever met Jared because you seem to be very eager to attack him with some very serious insults. He is the hardest working person I know and yes people do slip up I'm not saying what happened is acceptable. He has helped me huge amounts for as long as I have knowing him and you have no right to insult him like that especially if you have not met him! To the OP I'm really sorry about your experience at MSC I have alway had fantastic service there, hope you get sorted!

Hi everyone, I'm looking for some recommendations regarding hubs. I was looking to build up a set of wheels with Hope Evo 2 hubs but am really struggling to get them in the right configuration. Was wondering if anyone can recommend something similar to the hopes that I could maybe look at?
