It was an amazing race T-girl but it came at a price my trisuit - ruined salomons - still trying to get the last sand out of them bike: BB- replaced chain - replaced brake pads - replaced casette - replaced all in all a great race even at the cost

running in cycling shorts can cause some chafing but it can be done, if you run into problems on the swim just roll over and relax a bit, there are life guards in the event that you cant go any further! relax and enjoy!! im sure you will be okay
