Hi Guys Looking at buying my 8 year old daughter the Momsen Jr 100. She is currently riding a 26 inch schwinn meca XS ladies bike with a 15 inch frame and handles the bike ok for her age, she rides most of the single track at Tokai. My problem with the bike is the weight it is heavy. Any thoughts and comments would be appreciated. Thanks Andrew

Go for the Trance, I have a Trance 26 x2 and a Anthem 29er x1. To be quite honest with you I ride the Trance more than the Anthem. the Anthem is great for Jeep tracks, stage races and long 1 day events like the Karoo to Coast, but the Trance is far more comfortable on single track and is fine on hills and the open stuff.
