The new process is quite slick - do test, hit button pass or fail. The thing that helped me the most, just the general k53 book that you buy from CNA for I think R60 or something. Study that thing, and maybe read through the questions once to see what type of BS questions they ask, then study some more. A lot of people will probably tell you that the practical test is hard, it really isn't. So don't psych yourself up too much for it.

Seeing as it is their only form of transport, it might assist them in getting further, faster than they normally would - opening potential areas for work.

True. It was e-bikes that got me into motorbikes - for all the points raised here. Well, and at that point the e-bikes were about the same costs as a decent second hand motorbike.

He might be on to something. My mate has the same insurance as me, and when he went from a GS to a KTM - even though the KTM was a more expensive overall bike - his premium came down. Apparently, this is due to the fact that they are cheaper to fix - spares and parts overall. This holds true for Honda Africa Twins as well.
