Average of 11km/h? That is ok'ish if you're just starting out, also if the area is really hilly, also perhaps if the wind was pummeling you, maybe you were doing all off road rather than tar? Too many variables to really say if it was a good speed or not.

What you can do, is, change the main member on your medical aid to your spouse - if you have one- then just become a dependent on her medical aid. Mostly companies just say you have to be there if you main member otherwise you have to prove you are on spouses medical aid.
