Cool , you can give me the low down at the start line on how all those silly levers on the bars work ( we might get some interesting looks ) Took it for a ride the other day and the bars have way to much stuffs on , looks too complicated . otherwise im gonna leave it in one gear .

I got gears for this race taking my cannondale flash out in the sunlight now to learn how to use gears again

on avg its taken us 3 to 4 weeks . We have order lank from them many times .

Right im the skinny one who will be ditching the SS and be on a Cannondale Flash .( lake shimano Kit ) I know Karma has one very green GT.

Last week of intervals done ( broke my PB yesterday so im ready for this ) Easy rides till next week . Its gonna be one very faaarking nice race !

BUT im loosing interest in these for one reason only , all the stopping and waiting cant we just keep moving in a slow mass ? if you keep cruizin at a slow easy pace even the very slow can catch up cant they, the faster can go back and help push ect ....................yes no ??? am i being a ass? . ok flame me people .
