  1. According to racetec result on their website first 2 guys came in an amazing 2:15
  2. Results are out with first 4 in 76km looking pretty suspicious- even beating the A bunch and doing average of 33km/h.
  3. same from my side - bought some clothing - delivery was VERY quick and no hassles PLUS - the price is unbelievable
  4. For me eating on longer rides is important - bar and/or banana and some form of protein right after ride - either protein shake or steri stumpie. First 30 minutes after ride is most important for recovery - so eat protein carb mix at ratio of 1:4 Lots of people swear by hammer - try it - it does not work for me and I use usn epic pro on long rides
  5. Dennis now we have an uncle in the furniture business ! I'm looking for a 29" mtb :-)

    99er crash out

Tank boy I'm old enough not to have to prove that I'm a big boy,by doing a gravel section in a race. Not everybody have the skills of the tdf riders (or your skills) to negotiate the gravel on a road bike. Next year I'm voting with my wallet if they include the section - and will leave it up to you to race for that elusive win in the B group
  7. Agree that I won't do this again if gravel is included
  8. Did you guys see other 99er thread that said cyclist may have died in race today?
