Got the MTB sorted. Trick is to disengage the elbow mechanism and lock it manually. Then it simply became a case of mounting the LHS brake lever on the right! I won't be riding anything technical with this setup, but for our "kanaalpad" it works just perfect...

I'd like to fit a FSA BB386 crankset in my standard BSA 68mm road frame. I can't seem to find the FSA adapter locally. It says "Spindle spacers and wave washer are not included and are superseded by the APS adjuster". I don't see an "APS adjuster" on the picture though. Am I missing something?
