All i will say is 100plus guy on bikes on a 4m wide road trying to be the 1st to the finish is not working. I know that no1 in the elites likes to be at the back

Hype I agree with the rules 100%, what the elites did on sunday was wrong, but what im trying to suggest a solution for the future.

Hype you are correct, most people are having there own race, if its agaings there friends, group, PB. But when I talking about our racing it is very tactical sometimes where we can use the elements to make our competitor suffer more so that we can get to the finish before them.

what make it easier, it just take the risk of an accident out, would proberly be harder cause we will really race if the wind was too blow and the bunch would be destroyed if we could ride a gutter for a long time

well i think most of the elites would agree that prize money to 30th place would have been great and then used the prise money from 31st to 120st to hire te extra cop so that we could have a rolling closure

I know what marius is saying. You either break the rules and go with the race and have fun, or you stay left get droped have a crap time riding to the finish alone and still get DQ

now i am even more glad i didnt pay all that money to ride this race

Popeye its called racing!! when you spend all your free time training, spend all te spare cash on your bike to get a bit of advantage. So in the race you take risks, you always have the chance of making the next move, and you never want to give your competition any advantage. Racing is very much different to a group that wants to ride from start to finish in the best time

Well a big problem is the organisers make the bunchers to big if they only going to let us use half the road.
