Well i just bought a pair of spealized Sworks 2007, Had a pair of DMT ulitmax for 2 years, but the shoes where too narrow and had s many toe nails removed. Im riding with time RXS Carbon pedals. Now just seem to have sore calfs.

Just got a new pair of shoes last week, and wanted to know if it affects bike setup at all. In the pass havent had any problems but this time got really sore calf, so was wonderinf if anyone else has had to change a bike setup after changing shoes

Ok put it this way, At the begining of the year i rode the Cape Cobra with a bike that weight under 7kg and came 4th in the elites, a week later i rode the roller coaster with another bike that weight over 10kg and came 6th In the 'A' bunch. Both races have lots of climbing. So how much difference does bike weight make and how much is in the mind?

I would be nice if it had a heart rate read out too

well this year cam back stronge, good placing in CT summer leauge, finished giro and race in belgium for 3months. So guess i ok. When i had it last year I started to train too hard too soon and had to spend some more months of the bike. Tip. Take it very very easy at 1st!!

yes that very wrong!!!!! And what they did further down the road is even worse. But what happernd down the road was tatical, hels was people cutting coners
