  1. I always used to use Troisport, they have a monster trailer they drove down to most events. Maybe try give them a call.
  2. Tell you what, if Joao can pull another cracker out of the bag today or tomorrow, he could throw a real spanner in the works come TT day. Oooo I like this scenario
  3. On stage 1 Caruso beat Yates, who marginally beat Egan. 4x the distance, same profile, broken legs all round, I'm looking forward to it... Edit: and Vlasov smoked them all, but he'll need to do something pretty special to be able to get close
  4. Speaking of Sagzz, this year could be one of the lowest ever points jersey tallies by the end. I suppose this speaks to the success of the breakaways (or route planning? dunno). I know I missed the middle week of Giro, but apart from one or two days in the beginning I feel like I've seen no sprinting.
  5. Saying that, its always difficult to tell if Italians and the like are fighting or just having an animated conversation... ????‍♂️
  6. yes For a fair while Bora were desperately trying to block the road. Much talking, and gesticulating. Sags almost rode into some Bardiani chap in attempt to cut him off. *Cofidis targeted too, obv
  7. I was just thinking that. They get ~20kms of 'respite' over 166kms. Incredible. (Then I made the mistake of looking at tomorrows profile. That stage is no joke.)
  8. What is Sagan up to here?
  9. I know Saucony has been winning fans with the endorphin range. The new updated line even has a trail shoe, and quite an interesting looking beast too.
  10. small hands
  11. An old man, a resurgent Joao, and a Bianchi. What a finish!
  12. this is racing
  13. I see Egan has binned the Oakley Kato's... oops
  14. I'd love Bardet to have a few more goes at GC. (Its not TdF but Giro will do.) In my mind he's always been that guy just hanging off the back, (until now) in that hideous brown outfit, just never quite cracking it.
  15. 86 down. 2 weeks to go. Rock, f'ing, solid.
  16. This could be quite a hellish fast lead-out for the sprint points. Hope the weather is improved.
  17. At the risk of repeating here, @ everyone still not winning with topics - have you tried this? Change the goodies in the stream ie Content Types to include all content (off topic) 'Save these changes' appears below, select 'save as new stream', Save as 'whatever' then click 'set as your deafult stream' as Default Stream. As shown above. Going forward every time you click on the right hand Active Content (not the one on the top of the screen, it should bring up your saved 'whatever' @Matthowever, this doesn't seem to work for my phone. I can create as many new streams, and save them, and set as default as I like. But as soon as the page gets refreshed, I seem to lose it. Also, there is only the top-of-screen Active Topics, and not the other right hand option, which as you showed me in the quoted post, allows the pc site version to work correctly wrt my own saved topics. (Perhaps this is the issue?)
  18. Hahaha that's awesome. I did the exact same with tennis shoes. I think that's what forced my old man, ever the engineer, to find a solution!
  19. It's a mini panzerwagen ????????‍♂️
  20. And when they wore down you whacked some Takkie Patch on the bottom. (I think that was what that see-through glue stuff was called?) Not forgetting the rubber outsole was also a cm thick. Little wonder it lasted so long.
  21. Ja sorry, I thought you were comparing them to say adios pro/next %/etc. But you addressed that in your prev post.
  22. Do the big name pairs hold up for > 500kms? genuine question. I've held the fancy Nikes and can't believe they can last very long. One the foam feels so spongy I can't believe it remains like that, two theres almost no rubber underneath - although the intended sub 3 peeps run very differently to me...
  23. You're quite right. Sarcasm poorly chosen then. He was holding some very celebrated company, that's all I meant to highlight.
  24. Hahaha, ok.
  25. The old man was holding up proceedings there haha
