    Howzit all, 2 questions: do you require the full Disco Bank suite of products to obtain the additional gym discount? or do you also receive it simply via the Disco Card migration and its accompanying Savings Acc? if you're at a VA Collection gym, does the additional gym booster discount take the 50% savings up to 75%? or is the savings on Collection gyms capped at 50% across the board?Cheers,

    100% - I only managed to get in the water at around 08h14 and I found the sea to be very mellow (this coming from someone who was dreading his first sea swim!). Was hoping to catch a few leaker waves coming in but they were too small. Rate you would only have got dumped by a wave if you really weren't paying attention. Also recorded around 2294m or so on my Garmin. Overall what a stunner of a day out - it was my first triathlon so I was very stoked with how it turned out! Especially given my lack of training

    Does anyone here cycle from CBD area to Century City? Or know the safety of a route from Vredehoek area, via Culemborg onto cycle lanes, through Paarden Eiland, up through Tijgerhof to Canal Walk BMW/Vida/VA area?

    Hi all, The bike gremlins have infiltrated my 10spd Shimano Ultegra LHS shifter and it has kicked the bucket :/ So I'm looking for a replacement LHS shifter or for a pair of shifters. Please shout if you have one you're looking to sell or if you know of someone who is looking to sell / has a spare. Really appreciate it! Cheers
