Response from agents: Hi Rob Thank you for the info. We have replaced a couple of units thus far, according to Fizik protocol. When a unit cracks, the consumer is to take the unit back to the store where the bike or unit was purchased from, with original POP, and we will process the claim. We are aware that some bike dealers, will want to rather sell the consumer another product, but this is generally not the case. It is unfortunate that some clients were told that they would not receive a claim, but then again some consumers expect a life time warranty. Regards Anthony
