  1. You were very much correct there, I was pleasantly surprised at the top of that climb how different reality and expectations were. It was harder, but not stop and start walking harder. Scott Spark 930 (2018) MTB Vids: ltstyt.be/@remelehane
  2. Did that when I got my vaults, I was smarter then, although I think it may have been u who suggested it to me. The holes are very short, not sure if it screwed or got ripped out with a rock strike, not sure LockTight would help with that, but rather use it than not. 3. There is very little room to turn them out, I think like 2 turns and they out. Fully turned in I already lost a pin. Scott Spark 930 (2018) MTB Vids: ltstyt.be/@remelehane
  4. It's exactly that, and the result in many cases is the inverse, instead of them having to pay for heart/weight related diseases, they need to pay for joint and muscle operations and doctors visits when people injure themselves through incorrect exercise. They expressly want you training harder, not smarter. I suppose the costing benefit to them is probably every policy would cover things related to heart disease whereas only some would fully cover injury related issues.
  5. Those were very Noice. Scott Spark 930 (2018) MTB Vids: ltstyt.be/@remelehane
  6. Totally, think I'll only have time to go up on Thursday again, but other than with highway 61 are enough alternate routes to skip most of their potential destruction. The top section of flow will definitely be a mess, it was loose and almost dusting before they sent epic through and they exited through grannies. 7. The 104, 96 and 64 bcd/pcd/mm is the measurement of the distance between the holes, 96 is 96. That 7000 I'm pretty sure just refers to SLX, Shimano uses 7x for SLX, 8x for XT and 9x for XTR. So if you have a 96, I don't see How's yours would differ from mine, I do see on the list of bcs sizez, a 94mm, which could then possibly be what you have, but if you certain it's a 96 then there is no reason csixx or lynne won't work. https://www.wolftoothcomponents.com/pages/how-to-measure-bolt-circle-diameter-bcd Scroll down a bit they show you how to measure to confirm. 8. No, csixx and lynne have 96bcd in 30,32,34 and 36 as well as 32 and 34 in oval. I literally bought that 96bcd 30t yesterday. Scott Spark 930 (2018) MTB Vids: ltstyt.be/@remelehane
  9. Lourensford trails, those epic guys did a number on some of the single tracks. Dust dust and more dust. Scott Spark 930 (2018) MTB Vids: ltstyt.be/@remelehane
  10. Been tossing back on forth on that 1x, was going to wait till I got a 12spd cluster, but what the hell. I figure worst case I become a stronger climber... Eventually. Do I buy the chain gaurd like nowish or wait to see if the chains gonna keef falling first. Probably could take a link or 2 out as well... Scott Spark 930 (2018) MTB Vids: ltstyt.be/@remelehane
  11. Been bike less for 2 weeks, can you say heaven... Scott Spark 930 (2018) MTB Vids: ltstyt.be/@remelehane
  12. Already told them to refund my money, as soon as I got the SMS to say money has been taken, at the time I had no idea what it was for, I assumed Team Vitality, but in the past my renewals have all been manual with a CC. At no point was I informed that I would automatically be renewed, terms and conditions be damned, previous years I was sent a mail to tell me to renew and if I don't I am out, as simple as that so this change of process hidden in terms is BS.
  13. I went prepaid like 3 years ago and its just soo much simpler, costs way less, I am almost always on WiFi, have to try and use the 1GB of data I buy and R50 airtime can last me more than 4 months. 10 years ago contracts made more sense, you got value for your money, these days u just get a dick up your arse as they will increase the contract prices no problem, but while prepaid costs come down then its "no, you signed a contract, we can't change it". Hell, I would even imagine that buying a phone on your cc budget, even with the interest would actually work out cheaper in the end, as I imagine for many they need to gain value form what they pay for, so on a contract you make more effort to use what you have as to not loose it, which is quite logical. While on prepaid, you have no concerns of allocated airtime expiring or loosing your minutes. You use your phone more out of genuine need instead of "use it or loose it". He'll, when I left Vodacom I had around R1500 in airtime left on my top up package, took me almost 20 months to use all of it. 18th Feb I bought R50 airtime, I have R48.93 left, in almost 3 weeks I used R1.07. 14. That would not work, but they have only removed new sign ups, existing users are unefdected until such time as they announce a termination date which has not happened yet. Scott Spark 930 (2018) MTB Vids: ltstyt.be/@remelehane
  15. Helderberg Farm was awesome this morning, you get like 2 thirds up and it starts raining then u drop below the line and it's all humid again. Mountain feeling fancy with multiple climates. Scott Spark 930 (2018) MTB Vids: ltstyt.be/@remelehane
  16. What watch do you have, I have used garmin multisport and it worked well it uploads the combined and individual activities, so you'd in effect send 4 activities up with what you indicated you do. Scott Spark 930 (2018) MTB Vids: ltstyt.be/@remelehane
  17. Ended up getting myself the Holy rail, nice little piece of kit, had initially just gotten the bag, but then they released the 1 with the strap which gave me the ideas you see in the pic. Pretty decent little setup, ended up swapping back to my old bottle cage, that one was a bit tight for the reduced space I had for said bottle and my old ones nicely warn and fully open on the right so lots more sideways pull available. With the rail I can now also go get another co2 holder and pop that under the cage, my frames width made using that a no go. I can quite literally keep all my essentials on the frame. 18. Oh, I have never used that, log in once a year to do the online assessment. Scott Spark 930 (2018) MTB Vids: ltstyt.be/@remelehane
  19. Could just be you, I have no current problems, try resetting the apps cache/data and see if that gets around it. Scott Spark 930 (2018) MTB Vids: ltstyt.be/@remelehane
  20. Nah, the argument is that steps are of little long term value to your health, which is medically very true. The idea is to use steps as the gate between getting your ass off the couch and doing some real exercise, cycling, running, gym, etc. There are short term gains to your health, but simply taking steps does not really translate into cardio vascular health, which is primarily what the vital program aims to promote, as there are a lot of fringe benefits and associated risk reductions, exercise reduces stress which in turn reduced blood pressure. Most people who ecercise tend to me more conscience about what they eat, they also tend to consume alcahol more concervatively. Exercise as a hole creates motivation and self challenge, if you lifting weights you tend to push urself to either do more reps or push heavier weights, running/cycling/swimming you either want to go further or faster. Before I even had medical aid I came to a personal realisation that going from 78 in high school wearing a size 32 pants, to being in my mid 20s at a desk job closing in on 125kg and a size 46,something had to change, and it started with walking the dog loved it got to a point were 10k steps for me was a single walk with the dog but after a few months it's benefits on my weight loss ended, I had reached the limits of stepping benefits and that lead me to jogging them running then gun run 10k,2 Oceans half, next came mtb and trail running, my longest race to date is 60km mtb and 30k trail. I briefly took up crossfit and have taken up swimming as for me I have gone as far as I care with running, cycling goals are pretty big and expensive so in the mean time tri is the next step, already done the duos. I am an example of the extreme case of what discovery Is attempting to promote. Although I am pretty sure some people comrades or k2c all started with 10k steps for vitality. 21. 1200 per month on overall goals, no effect to weekly. Scott Spark 930 (2018) MTB Vids: ltstyt.be/@remelehane
  22. Holy crap u must be on the same incorrect tarrif plan I was, I used to spend 300 a month and that would be too much, for a house of 2. Now that they fixed it I'm up to 600pm and that just cuts it. Cant really complain, I was on the wrong tarrif for like 7 years and never got hit with any increases either.
  23. Well seeing as endurance requires and application and a test I think, there simply an off button?
  24. Either or. You just loose money, you get like 10 or 15% back for 3 goals and 25% for 4 goals.
