  1. Try Isiko sports. They are indirectly the agents as they bring in all the other Hayes brands. Doubt they will have stock though, but give them a call. https://isikosports.co.za Cant recall Omnico being the agents
  2. Would be a hard no for me!
  3. https://si.shimano.com/en/ev/FD-M8000-3883 The E-Type one
  4. Not a specific rim, the wheel just needs to be dished. A standard rim would be better than a offset rim.
  5. Let me see if I have a spider for you.
  6. @NotSoBigBen is it for a Spez crankset!
  7. Loving my Conti Terre Speeds And they are one of the fastest "aero" gravel tires https://www.swissside.com/blogs/news/gravel-report
  8. I think if Cannondale had stock other brands would start utilising the lefty forks, I believe that was their biggest motivation for going to the single crown design with the new lefty. That and making 1 fork instead of multiple different sizes of the old double crown forks to work with different sized bikes.
  9. Built the bike from scratch. First choice would have been to use a 120mm Ocho but the Eta on those are end of 2023. Bike was over-shocked, 5mm longer stroke, same thing Cannondale did on their Scalpel Se's from 2018ish. Ended up running a knock block headset but that was unnecessary, the Cannondale Se's used a 12mm extension cup (also used by the Ocho forks on the Scalpel Si's) to give enough clearance with the FOX 34 forks they used with their builds but the Sid 35 120 has plenty of clearance without it. I didn't want to slacken the head-angle further.
  10. Ive been building one of these up over the last couple of months (still missing some stuff) but it has been loads of fun! Will post some pics when im done, going to be a little while still
  11. No need to rebuild, there is enough room for movement in the spokes to adjust for the ai offset. But yes, it might be the safer way to go in the long run. OP has a Lyne crankset on the current scalpel, im not too familiar with those but I don't think they use a independent axle so would most likely have to be a new crankset.
  12. Rear wheel will also work, you will need to have it redished to allow for the ai offset. You might also need a ai offset chainring or a new crankset, the newer spec scalpels run a pf30a83 bb.
  13. BST are South African carbon fibre manufacturing gods! They recently launched and electric motorbike with Pierre Terblanche. https://bst-hypertek.com/ They have been manufacturing carbon fibre superbike wheels for ages!
  14. Are you referring to the bi-weekly Sweat and Gears series that was held at Rheinfield dam? XC shortcourse with a new lap route every second week?
  15. NINER JET 9!
