Ordered from them on two occasions - first time they sent the wrong size top and trying to get that rectified proved futile. Placed a second order and received correct goods with 3 weeks. Great value for money I must admit.

Thanks for the heads up. Had something similar, had a call saying they were our domestic's brother and that she had died and they needed money for the funeral. Told them to call me back in an hour with details - I placed a call to my domestic and low and behold she was alive and kicking!

Was introduced to MTB using a mates spare HT which I thought was great, until I bought a DS - no looking back.

Great quality for the price. I ordered XL bib and XXL top and they delivered XL bib and XL top and failed to respond to e-mail queries but if they send you the right size def worth it.

Thank you all for the feedback. Looks like there is a fair amount for me to check when I get back home. Will try and push pads back as well as checking if the disc is true or not. Would have thought the LBS would pick this sort of stuff up!

Hi Chris Disc slots in fine, it's just that it literally does half a rotation when I spin the wheel!

Well if I didn't have a problem before I most certainly have one now! Going to give them the opportunity to try and fix things before naming as everyone has a bad day so willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. If however they don't come to the party I will happily name and shame.

Agreed, they are new so thought I would give them some business and a chance. Will not be returning anytime soon - except to get that wheel fixed!!

Thanks for the feedback guys - have a feeling they were too lazy as half the things I asked them to look at had not been done and then when pushing the bike out of the shop I realised they had not tightened the headset or the riser bars.

Going to try and take it for a test ride either today or tom, dreading it as aint going to be easy.

Just wanted to check if this sounds normal. Sent my MTB in for a service and asked them to have a look at the brake pads and also have a lookat the back wheel as it only spins freely when the QR is engaged, as soon as I open the QR the back wheel stops spinning. The LBS did the service and when I went to collect the bike I spun the back wheel and it barely rotates - they advised that this was due to new brake pads and that after the first ride all would be ok. This sounds feasible but just wanted to check as their attention to detail and overall service delivery was shocking so I have my doubts.

I have a Cube ABS Pro (dual suss) and it is awesome! No complaints. I got mine from CRC and worked out way cheaper but you always get the warranty issue here although CRC often come to the party and Sun Ringle replaced the rear hub gratis (that is the only issue I have had with the bike). It also fits onto a Saris Bones bike rack no problem.

I have the Saris Bones 3 bike carrier and can highly recommend it. Takes 2 mins to put on and if parked in a dodgy area it fits into the back seat should you want to take it off the car. Got mine from CRC at half price they retail for in SA.

If I didn't ride alone I would never ride!! All current mates are playing the baby blaming game ie either need to feed the kid, catch up on sleep, don't want to upset the missus etc so I have stopped asking.
