  1. I am lucky enough to work with/coach her, She is an amazing person with an incredible drive to succeed. To understand where she was post crash to now is almost hard to believe he has come back to this level.
  2. I remember hearing or whatever that the average weight for 2023 at the Tour is 7.08kg per bike.
  3. They weigh bikes at sign in during the Tour? Even on some days during sign in? No mate.
  4. If I am honest with myself, this is the only reason I am here.
  5. I don't know a lot but I know numbers and they not doing some of the numbers predicted.
  6. Jasper is the fastest sprinter in the world - has been since last year - he is also extremely fearless and aggressive. Would surprise me if he didn't win every sprint stage at the Tour.
  7. Gracias, really happy for Jai and the Team, been good so far. The other 2 are on another planet for now.
  8. No they did not, those numbers are greatly inflated. 1766 VAM / 8.9% is not 6.8W/kg, it is 6.3W/kg.
  9. This is how fast those 2 came up - it’s hard to explain how quick this is with 2km to go on 9% compared to anyone else IMG_8362.mov
  10. Same thing happened in 2012 Tour with thumb tacks on the road, except in 2012 it was in the Pyrenees and top of the climb.
  11. We came around the corber on the descent just after it unfortunately happened. It was not good.
  12. No one ages in jhb when you see behind the scenes you would think they race a category lower each year in some cases. sure he has an incredible career, no one like him or dislike him can ever argue, but that was then, this is now.
  13. In fairness he has as much chance of winning or placing in a race as they do winning Tour of Brakpan.
  14. Coverage was really good on both IG accounts. Followed the whole race for mens and ladies with no issues. Dryland could learn a thing or 11 from their feeds
  15. 11th at the end. Incredible the amount of mechanicals yesterday due to the mud
  16. Yes it's good to see him get this GT. He has had an incredible season so far this year to now with winning every stage race he has entered. Tirreno Catalunya Giro 2 of the highest level stage races until Giro to cap it off.
  17. Ok. I would like to suggest getting your eyes tested again
  18. Cause he does not climb the super steep gradients like Roglic does and is known for.
  19. Kuss did 23m16 / 1875vam which is about 6.1wkg for the final climb. Roglic was 7s slower.
  20. Gladwell was the 1st to identify it, then everyone else took note.
  21. UAE and Bahrain will be exposed today if anyone is. ineos will be fine with Jumbo. It would come down to leader on leader
  22. I can’t see him losing it at all today; he has been so good and showing incredible form. with De Plus, Arensman and Sivakov To control that is one hell of a power house. but this Giro has suprised me every day.
