Am...pre night's...could have really kept on the bike

Have to say miss riding around there..

When you ride a bike...you sometimes actually forget how simple the enjoyment is...after nights bike ride...

I have this thing about the cycling mojo..it's great on a bike...but a bit of exploring today..hills..tricky descents..but glad to be able to ride...

Post night shift...always a great way to relax ...the appointment with exercise

A bit of a busy day..well at least I got a bike ride in...

Quick ride am...but nice...good to fit that bit cycling better...

The Friday am feeling...a good week of leave..a good few bike rides...

and O'Connor has woken up...

Pre tour stage work out..lovely few hours.. legs getting there...body coming around as well...

Let the legs roll again...Post illness...post work...post finally nearly moving out of London...post no1 exams...and finally post washing up 😀..you lose any bit of fitness very quickly

Was this the bad day for Pog?....tomorrow should be a good stage to view...not much work will be done I think...

who can exactly ? l look at the commuters at work who ride in...not a new bike to be seen...sometimes a few disc bikes buts the average bike age in about 5 years or even more...Rims etc.. you have to know what will suit your needs...

have to think that Pog might have a bad day...ok...can drop maybe 30-45secs to Vingegaard.. its about the recovery the next day...and then you head into the 3rd week...

Great day again for Irish cycling..Healy carried the front group to the finish...wanted that yellow jersey...totally deserved

The last few weeks have been busy...the bike neglected..this pm is warm but the time was there...

Healy...brilliant win...Dunbar an excellent 4th place...the breakaways boys is the race to enjoy...Irish cycling is in a happy place tonight...

Take every bike ride Take your time to enjoy it...take a picture...talk about it...enjoy that beer...that coffee...time is precious

Been a few weeks since I have been on a bike...your level of fitness can drop quickly...let's continue to try and improve

Well the day off between the 5 shifts...glad I went out for a few hours..great conditions...roll on Tuesday pm...

Easy decision to ride a bike today...glorious am..
