Would the weather give a gap of opportunity? After a few minutes...the answer was no... Unprecedented rain around here..and that comes with suffering for people... Glad to be able to ride a bike for an hour...I can be soon afterwards

Gap in the weather...the bad weather rules apply...you don't sit down...you ride a bike...exercise...smile...strong headwinds...but let's go...

eat and drink well post ride or event dont forget to drink water or a sports formulated drink check weight the am post event or ride...maybe you have properly rehydrated post ride...its happens to us at times avoid heavy and rich foods if possible... check bp am post event

Wind...snow...rain...Sun...no worries...have a small window of opportunity...what else is there to do? Drink tea or coffee...watch TV ? Nope let's ride a bike 😀

Got out as the rains came...misjudged the rain a bit...still it's always nice on a bike

Mostly on the tarmac....the wind is around...still a lovely day for a bike ride

It is...indeed...will be doing the whole trail next week or so...just getting my bearings again 😀

Friday morning bike ride have found the sunshine button...decent ride this am..it was even dusty..

The only reason I like a Monday...lovely route today...just caught for time...

Hopefully will be up there in a few weeks....and hoping for decent weather

Trying to get into some decent fitness shape at the moment...holiday incoming.. The brain and legs did not function today...yesterday had to get a new bottom bracket fitted ...a day makes a difference to both both mind and legs ...ah well.

Steady as we go...more tomorrow planned...

Tuesday ride day.. and a few new sectors...which means a few hills and a desire not to get stung by thorns and nettles...Sun was out..every bike day is a good day
