Ah....it's 0 degrees...a bit of a wind chill...chaotic traffic but you still have a grin on your face.. if you can feel your toes ( just about)...you are OK...but it's all a bit grey sky...

Sometimes forget the volume of traffic in the uk...so busy...but always worth it...miss the SA roads today

Ah November weather...that dull sky...a poor peeking sun....the drizzle of rain...but play must continue before those night shifts over the weekend ..for when I wake up after a few hours rest on Monday pm...I will ride again...this is what gets me through nights etc...a bit greasy out..always good...always...😀

nice enjoyable trails those...enjoyed them when I lived there....and the sun....enjoy....

It's been a while since I took the road bike out...nearly forget my road rules...longer ride next time..

A decent few days of bike rides...autumn is bringing rain and mud..will be accessing less muddy trails I hope...but the bike always wins...it's great fun...

Well the last few bike rides have been great...best way to clear the post nights body hangover ...total 😊...joy

That was a Monday....that was before today...that's why bikes are important...a newer route for me...will be back again soon...

The am after last night's epic game ( sorry boks...you will be back ) ...the bike was welcome ...a few hours are always good hours...

At last...an afternoon on a bike....the usual life commitments and a lingering cold etc...always nice to be out..

I think summer is not a word used too much in Ireland....if I could explain the weather I would gladly try...a very damp hour today...yesterday's ride was much better...just so out of condition...it's the good food etc..
