The muddy season returns...that power washer is now very tempting..this bike life is a bit slow going at the moment 😀

Wow...and now only gone tubeless..😀

but road pros will use their mtb in the off season...Basso...Sagan...Gesink are some of those I remember...

These moments..can catch us out..Street furniture etc..

Last ride of the week yesterday am..a bit of a moment on some tram tracks and came down..damage to knee and my road bike...very frustrating to lose the bike time...so in its honour..no bike images but Autumn here in the UK

as some one who does both types of riding...I find in my experience that getting on the road bike makes you stronger on a bike after a block of mtb.. create blocks for your riding maybe...2 x days road ...a days break and then return to mtb.. use the road bike for endurance rides...monitor how you feel.. and don't move tire yourself...

Beautiful autumn morning...glad I stayed on the mtb...peaceful...good end to the week

Moody weather day ...bike riding to lift the autumn days...nice to have a few days to create a riding block

just buy a bike bag...fill it up with your bike gear...just going on holiday etc etc...less hassle

Have the day off...great little ride this am..a few little hills to have some fun with...good vibes

Getting out on a bike is a great feeling...feeling the post nights drop in happy vibe mood...just feel like pushing pedals...and pedalling more...it's a hardtail groove last few days

Monday bank Holiday on a bike...few days break away over.. Nice vibe...summer with a breeze...

Bike free until Monday...quick trip home to Ireland...and missing bike time...roll on Monday...decent borrens to cycle on...until the road stops ...

Back on the mtb for today...glad to have the moments of a very nice morning...oh when SA like baseball? 😀

they do....nature looks after the riding areas here....in summer it becomes very over grown and yes...plenty nettles !

A bit of an earlier start...and first serious road bike time in about 15months...great fun...plenty cyclists out...and great weather...

Day off bike ride...bike is showing a few niggles.. the sun was shining...😀

Time to pack the bike up...weather changes...but as non local..what I do love about SA are it's people..I will smile with it's good people all the time..

Am...a trial of a bike ride...sand and drive trains get upset...I think I have chosen my weeks badly for a break with family back in SA... Am ride showing how much damage has been done on local farm areas...roads and towards the trails.. 20240716_131724.mp4
