back on a bike post illness etc...its always a great feeling...the antics and stories from the Cape Town tour were great and inspiring...

looking at maxxis crossmark 2 ....delivery time in April....and quoted different prices as well...have them on the bike at the moment...and cant complain at all about them...

interesting comments....been trying to get a new set of tyres for my mtb here in the UK...trying to get a set of tyres ...but a lot of local places haven't adequate stock...and the delivery times are long...Shipping and Brexit rearing its ugly head...

...weather is awful...wet..cool and windy...let's play for a while on the turbo trainer...

..and timber for days...if only you had a fire to light...stormy last night...but having a day off today...no way I could say no to fresh air and exercise after a busy work weekend...thank you bike time...

And this is as far as I got today...set up the trainer...nice and satisfying...looking forward to warmer weather...and no ice...

Watch the ice...especially black ice during the winter...remember doing a few sportive here in the very late winter and early spring...it was harsh...but keep warm

Last few days of annual leave...a bike...trying to get fitter...and let's keep pedalling...cold and frosty this am but pretty nice out...😀

Ride 4 of the home training camp...this morning was not pretty...the sight mishap was silly( hit an obscured rut ..) but warmer than yesterday...but its still worth every moment...🙂

Another day for the winter ride...it's a bit bitter out.. but better than sitting indoors..😀

It's day 2 of my own home made winter training camp...you know when you feel the winter wind burn on your face ...but a great great ride .. wonderful..great to be out 😀

The North wind...a few snow showers...still you got to ride a bike...a week off...it's going to be cold...but who really wants to stay indoors ?.😀...did I say timber?

...if you see sunshine ..please tell me...a bit "damp " underneath...but a great work out..and you still are smiling..
