Thudbuster - go/no-go?

Being the armgat I am, I'm considering buying a Thudbuster for my hard tail. Any comments from those in the know? I realise it will never be exactly on par with a full-sus, but it will have to do for now, if it is really worth it (one price I got so far is R1400.00)

Do a "thud buster" search on this forum.

There are at least 8 pages of posting relating to thud busters.

My opinion: get one for your hard tail and use it to level the corrugations.  It does contribute to ride quality.

BB, it's now just the shoulder that is sore so imho that's a good sign! i see the doc on thursday so i'll have more feedback on thursday evening. man i want to get out on the mongoose again... i've hardly had him and now he's feeling deserted. heck, i need to get him back from michH, but i can't drive yet (every time the shoulder clicks i feel nauseous... it gives me the heebie-geebies)
