niklasvm Posted March 8, 2011 Posted March 8, 2011 Just map it out on mapmyride and set the speed to 36.6 kph. that should give you a sub 3. Maybe set it to 37km/h so you've got some extra time. Then you can use garmin training center to add the waypoints

Latest SportTracks 3or earlier SportTracks 2.1 3 is a trial version and has limited functionality until you buy the full package (you can import directly from your Edge500) 2.1 is a free version with many plugins still available (you would have to convert your .FIT files to TCX or GPX manually before improrting to ST, done easily with Garmin Training Centre)
