It's quite disappointing actually , especially for the fact that we had the ability to go through to the top.

At that level of competition chocking is simply not an option.

What gets my goat is that you have an entire nation excited for them to do well and get to the final, and they let down that nation.

I actually never got the impression that they were in the competition from the very start, if you want to win, then slapgatgeit is simply not a way to approach an assault for the top spot.

any team (maybe discount the windies) should have won from the position they were in. when Kallis went out (what was he thinking when he played that shot)it was still less than 1 run a ball. it should have been a doddle for the batsmen that we have. even going into the last 5 overs chasing 8 an over is doable by any team that has made it to the quarters. listening to pollack the day before, he said NZ must play out of their skin to win , like hell, they just played their normal game, didn't panic, posted a score and we did the rest.
